The Postdocs to Innovators (p2i) collaboration was created in recognition of the increasing need to develop postdoctoral researchers' entrepreneurial mindset and to provide them with a set of skills they can use o pursue careers that will be personally and professionally meaningful both within and outside of academia.
The University of Edinburgh has joined the p2i collaboration between leading higher education institutes and global enterprises across Europe.
